WolfLabs is a UK private limited company founded in 1995 by Sean Woodward and Dave Child. Originally based in Oxford, we re-located to Pocklington, just outside York, with 5 members of staff. We start 2024 with a workforce of 30 and continue to strive to expand our service to customers.

Over the years we have built solid relationships with both our customers and suppliers, several of which we have worked with since 1995. Our distinctive way which we sell laboratory equipment allows us to issue you with quotations for the majority of the equipment we supply within 24 hours.

We are a key supplier on a number of UK public sector frameworks and are also part of the Dutscher Group of companies which span most of Europe.

To ensure our customers receive the highest level of customer service, we utilise internally what we call a "VIP". Our Customer Service team deploy VIPs to meticulously oversee orders, from processing right the way through to delivery, installation, and invoicing, ensuring seamless transactions.

Additionally, they utilise VIPs to convey crucial information regarding safety protocols, access requirements, site surveys, required utilities such as drainage or gas, and customers critical needs, for example urgent deliveries. Having this facility means we can maintain close relationships with customers, to assist with their requirements and meet their expectations.
