WolfLabs is seeking a full-time Customer Service Coordinator to join our established team. This is a varied role with excellent development opportunities and would suit someone who is organised, confident communicating with others and keen to develop their skills within a customer-focused environment. Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not essential.  

 

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to ensure our customers receive a smooth and well-coordinated experience from the moment their order is placed through to delivery and beyond. You’ll manage the day-to-day coordination of customer orders, arranging site surveys and deliveries, ensuring the right resources are in place, keeping customers informed, and responding to any questions or issues along the way. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative Customer Service team that plays an important part in the overall customer journey. Working closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues across the company, you’ll help keep everything on track and make sure our customers receive the high level of service they expect from us. This is a busy and varied role that would suit someone who is proactive, organised and detail-focused, enjoys taking ownership, and works well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating customer orders, site surveys and deliveries to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Taking ownership of customer queries, following up on outstanding actions and ensuring they are resolved promptly.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and providing a helpful, professional service throughout their journey.
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate requirements and resolve queries.
  • Keeping customers informed with clear and timely updates on their orders and deliveries.
  • Managing a busy Customer Service inbox and handling incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Supporting the wider team to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.

  • Salary Range: £26,227.50 - £28,500 (depending on experience).
  • Full time 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday

WolfLabs is seeking a full-time Junior Sales Representative to join our established Sales team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales within a supportive, team-focused environment.

The role will initially include a strong element of sales administration, giving you the opportunity to learn our systems, products, suppliers and customers while gaining practical experience with enquiries, quotations and CRM management.

As your knowledge, confidence and skills develop, you’ll have the opportunity to become more involved in customer relationships, identifying opportunities and developing your sales skills.

You don’t need previous sales or laboratory equipment experience. We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with others, keen to learn and interested in developing a career in sales.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team with day-to-day administration, customer enquiries and sales activities.
  • Prepare straightforward customer quotations, with support available for more complex requirements.
  • Add new leads and opportunities to our CRM system and keep customer and sales information accurate and up to date.
  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing a friendly and professional service.
  • Follow up enquiries and quotations and help ensure sales opportunities aren’t missed.
  • Liaise with colleagues and suppliers to gather information and help find the right solutions for customers.
  • Learn about our products, suppliers and customers, building your commercial and product knowledge.
  • As you develop, take on greater responsibility for customer relationships, identifying opportunities and converting enquiries into sales. 

 

What we’re looking for

You don’t need previous sales experience or knowledge of laboratory equipment — we’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and potential to develop.

  • A confident and friendly communicator who enjoys dealing with people.
  • Organised, accurate and comfortable working with systems and administrative tasks.
  • Proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to provide a great service.
