WolfLabs is recruiting a full-time, office-based Sales Support Coordinator to step into an established role within our Sales team. The Role & The Team:

The purpose of this role is to keep our sales team running smoothly by owning the day-to-day of sales administration. You’ll triage incoming enquiries, maintain clean and accurate customer data, produce actionable reports, and monitor opportunities so nothing stalls. Your work keeps the pipeline moving and frees the team to deliver outstanding service to new and existing customers. This role suits someone proactive, detail-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious—keen to succeed both individually and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Adding and updating new opportunities received onto the company CRM system.
  • Sales Inbox Management: Monitoring the internal sales inbox, ensuring emails are actioned quickly and effectively.
  • Sales Team Support: Assisting the sales team by managing lead times, handling lead registration emails, and ensuring key information from customers’ requests are actioned.
  • Customer Data Maintenance: Updating and maintaining important key contacts in the CRM system.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Completing and returning customer new-supplier forms with accurate company information, ensuring swift setup and full compliance.
  • KPI Reporting: Runing and distributing a daily KPI report to the company summarising key sales performance data.
  • Prospects Reporting: Producing a weekly prospects report summarising sales performance against targets for each sales representative.
  • Tender Checks: Run scheduled checks of tender websites, filter relevant bids, and pass concise summaries to the Tenders team.
  • Working with the team to help reach the company sales targets
  • Maintaining and updating the company's sales protocols.

Key details & benefits:

  • Salary Range: £24,570 - £25,350 depending on experience.
  • Full time 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday. Part-time considered.
