WolfLabs is accredited as a Living Wage Employer
As part of our ongoing commitment to a fair system for salary structure, WolfLabs has been an accredited Living Wage Employer since 2020. The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum. The hourly rate of pay is set independently, updated annually and differs from the National Living Wage.

In addition to being accredited as a Living Wage Employer, WolfLabs also has systems in place to ensure there is no gender pay gap and that no individual earns too great a multiple of the lowest salary.
