    Due to the continued growth and success of Wolflabs, we are currently looking to recruit a part-time, office based, Customer service administration coordinator into our expanding Customer service team. This role would be ideally suited for a candidate who would like to work within school hours. However, we are flexible on this.
    This role offers great career opportunities to the right individual and would suit someone interested in developing or building on their existing skills, whilst providing outstanding customer service, which is something that we pride ourselves on here at Wolflabs.

    What will you bring to the role:

    - Previous experience in customer service would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be given in house.

    The Role & The Team:
    Our Customer service team are at the front line of our business, working together with our sales team to provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish, something that Wolflabs is renowned for.  

    The purpose of this role is to liaise with customers and suppliers to facilitate the smooth delivery and installation of products, as well as to maintain relationships with existing customers, whilst providing the best possible customer service. We run companywide bonus schemes and thrive on our strong team ethics. This role would ideally suit someone with passion, drive, self-motivation and a desire to succeed both individually as well as part of a team.  

    Some of the daily tasks you will be required to carry out include the following:  

    Key responsibilities:
    - Providing clear and regular updates to our Sales and Accounts teams.
    - Resolving simple customer service issues.
    - Monitoring the customer service email inbox
    - Informing customers of delivery dates.
    - Assisting the order processing team.
    - Working with the team to improve performance and to help reach the company targets
    - Dealing with & responding to high volumes of emails - Maintaining and updating the company protocols.

    Key details & benefits:
    - Salary Range: £12 p/h (Real living wage) this can be negotiable depending on experience
    - Immediate start required
    - Part time (Ideally Monday-Friday 9:30-15:00, however this can be negotiable)
    - Company bonus schemes

    - Maternity/paternity package
    - 25 days holiday per year (pro-rata) plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
    - Current staff satisfaction rate 8.9 / 10
