  • Sales Administration Trainee Coordinator

    Due to the continued growth and success of Wolf Laboratories, we are currently looking to recruit a full-time, office based Sales Administration Trainee Coordinator into our expanding sales team. This role offers great career opportunities to the right individual, taking on the following responsibilities:

    • Answering customer enquiries over the phone
    • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
    • Maintaining and updating customer records
    • Adding and updating opportunities within our CRM
    • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s sales targets
    • Assisting with completing public sector tenders
    • Assisting the sales team in answering technical queries as part of the quotation process
    • Running sales data reports -Maintaining and upgrading the company's sales protocols

    We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

    • Have a good telephone manner
    • High organisational skills 
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to prioritise own workload
    • Enjoy working as part of a team

    Ideal for a candidate looking for an opportunity to start their career within an office administration environment. Full training on the role will be provided.

    • Type of position: Full time with immediate start
    • Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday -Salary: £18,525 to £22,000 depending on experience

  • Supplier Relationship Manager

    Due to the continued growth and success of Wolf Laboratories, we are currently looking to recruit a full-time Supplier Relationship Manager into our expanding marketing team. This role offers great career opportunities to the right individual, taking on the following responsibilities:

    • Optimise supplier relationships through regular meetings, reviewing strategy, negotiating terms and identifying areas for improvement
    • Work closely with product management and sales teams to push growth with key suppliers
    • Manage price updates
    • Whilst not essential, previous sales or market knowledge would be beneficial
    • Maintaining and upgrading the company's supplier related protocols.           

    We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

    • Self motivated. 
    • High organisational skills.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to prioritise own workload.
    • Enjoy working as part of a team.
    • Previous sales experience or laboratory market knowledge would be beneficial but not essential

    Ideal for a candidate looking for an opportunity to start their career within an office administration environment. Full training on the role will be provided. 

    • Type of position: Full time with immediate start
    • Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday. 
    • Salary: £25,000 to £32,500 depending on experience

  • Technical Sales Representative

    Due to the continued growth and success of Wolf Laboratories, we are currently looking to recruit a full-time, office based technical sales representative into our expanding team. This role offers great career opportunities to the right individual, taking on the following responsibilities:

    • Specifying, preparing and emailing out quotations.
    • Answering technical queries as part of the quotation process.
    • Prospecting for new business and closing sales.
    • Completing public sector tenders.
    • Assisting in developing our export business.


    Hours are 37.5 per week. On target earnings are from £20,000 to £45,000 depending on qualifications and experience. A knowledge of laboratory equipment or a background in life sciences would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be given in house.
