Current Role?

As Customer Service Coordinator I work as part of a proactive team to deliver a service which aims to address and resolve possible issues before they arise. My role is very varied and can entail anything from notifying customers of expected delivery dates, monitoring progress of orders from placement to delivery / installation and even ensuring that items will fit through doorways. Every day is different!

Spending time with family and friends, eating & chatting!

What's the best thing about working for Wolflabs?

I've only been here a short time but the staff are so friendly and helpful, and have made me feel very welcome. I have been very impressed with how organised everything is.

Where is your favourite place to visit?

New Zealand and Cornwall - both full of happy memories
