What do you like to do in your spare time?

In my past life, I played a lot of sport; cricket, football and golf but now with a young family, I prefer nothing more than adventures and walks around the local countryside. 

What's the best thing about working for Wolflabs?

Definitely the staff. We have a great team and we all share the same passion......food!

Where is your favourite place to visit?

This is probably a toss-up between Cornwall (Porthowan) and the Lake District. Cornwall is now a permanent annual fixture and has been for over 10 years now. The Lakes is a relatively new find for me. I remember going when I was at school, but I don’t think you appreciate things as much when you are that young. Stunning views at both!
