Current Role?

As Customer service co-ordinator my main responsibility is to provide a service which ensures our customers are paramount. Ensuring their orders are delivered as per their request; to relevant floors, by specific dates, obtaining delivery dates and keeping the customers notified. Also arranging installation of items if required. I also work alongside the service team dealing with any warranty issues customers may endure. This involves making sure replacement items are sent promptly and smoothly / arranging engineers to inspect/repair any warranty issues with items. Each day is varied and busy. I am also the ‘feeder’ of the office.
