What do you enjoy most about working at WolfLabs, and what keeps you motivated?

Everyone that works here, the company makes the days fly by and talking about the stressful moments makes them less stressful! 

If you could go back and give advice to your first-day-at-WolfLabs self, what would it be?

That all the systems and knowledge will come, it'll all be second nature in a years time!

What was your first role at WolfLabs, and what did it teach you?

My first role at WolfLabs was in the Customer Service team, which gave me the foundations of everything I know about operations. At the time, I was working with Jenny, then the Customer Service Manager, now our Operations Director. Today, as Operations Manager myself, I can safely say she helped me find the best place for me within the company. Since those early days, I’ve had the opportunity to work across several roles and with most teams at WolfLabs. That journey has given me a strong understanding of how the business runs as a whole and has been invaluable in supporting the growth we’re striving for at WolfLabs.

What’s the biggest change you’ve witnessed at WolfLabs over the years?

Getting purchased by the Dutscher Group.
