What’s a standout memory or milestone from your time at WolfLabs that you’ll always cherish?

When you have been with a company for 10 years there are so many special memories and milestones to think of. Bringing my newborn son to meet his Wolf family was pretty special

How would you describe WolfLabs in three words, based on your experience?

Loyal, Driven, Honest

If you could go back and give advice to your first-day-at-WolfLabs self, what would it be?

They mean it when they say don't blindly follow an instruction!

Can you share a moment when you felt particularly proud to be part of WolfLabs?

When we fundraised for York Against Cancer by taking part in the York 10k. We raised over £1000 and came together as a company to train together and motivate eachother to get over the finish line

What’s the biggest change you’ve witnessed at WolfLabs over the years?

The appointment of 2 x new Directors and retirement of 1

How do you think WolfLabs has managed to thrive and grow for three decades?

Adapting and developing whilst staying consistent with the support provided internally and externally 

What do you hope for the future of WolfLabs as it moves into the next 30 years?
