Elispot/Fluorospot/TCA Multi-Cytokine Hybrid Reader: Bioreader® 5000 Pro- F

Key Features:
•Versatile for Fluorospot and Elispot in common high affinity 96 well Microfilter plates clear or white sidewall.
•The Fluorospot Readers are synchronous readers.
•On the contrary to other manufacturers these readers are taking images of each individual cytokine labeling at the same location during one scan. This prevents problems during a second scan of non-matching cells.
•All readers can be used for enzymatic as well as Fluorospot assays.
•Unique for our Bioreader is the excellent light source developed by a large microscope manufacturer (e.g. Zeiss®, Nikon®, Olympus®) because the excitation maxima matches with the maxima required by typical Fluorospot assays.
•The lifetime of these lamps is about 10 times longer compared to conventional mercury burners.
•Filter cubes are selected from major microscope manufacturers in order to warranty best selectivity, brightness and contrast. Excitation and band filters are selected individual for each cytokine in each cube!
•PC and monitor from DELL are used in order to warrant worldwide local support and most current technology. We don’t use ‘no name’ components just because of the lower price! •The best is just good enough for our customers!
•All samples are automatically loaded by our Bioreaders, so there is no need of further interaction. (e.g. changing of filters or opening of casing) No external features are needed.
