PV-LS-2ILL-SET PhaseView Alpha3 dual light sheet illuminators system including optical breadboard, electronic cabinet, Z-stage and mechanical and mounting block for sample chamber. Two Illuminator units mounted on optical breadboard 60 x 60 cm with anti-vibration pads with input for fiber lasers (connector FC/APC). Illuminators are compatible with air objectives (WD>= 11mm) and provide light sheet thickness down to 2 µm. System includes XYZ manual adjustment for each illuminator, mechanical mounting support for Z motorized stage and sample chamber, motorized Z scanning stage for 3D acquisition: (range 15mm, precision 0.1µm), electronics cabinet with all necessary electronic units and cables and QtSPIM imaging software.
