Wolflabs is committing to halving carbon emissions by 2030

The UN target for the reduction of CO2 emissions is 43% by 2030. Having become carbon neutral in 2017 it is Wolflabs’ intention to reduce its carbon emissions by a further 50% over the next eight years and to expand sales in such a way as to help customers and suppliers reduce emissions at the same time. This involves the following initiatives:

  • A 6.25% reduction year-on-year on activities that create emissions. (Energy consumption, travel etc.)
  • Working with our suppliers to identify those with similar initiatives and whose products have better energy usage figures so that we can preferentially promote these companies.
  • Offering trade-in deals to customers so as to enable manufacturers to recondition and resell existing product as an alternative to manufacturing from scratch.
  • Offering our customers credits against future purchases for equipment they no longer require but that others could use.
