As a Service Coordinator I deal with the warranty issues, non-warranty repairs and Preventative Maintenance contracts the customer’s request. This process involves receiving the request from the customer, raising a quote, ordering any spare parts that may be needed, organising a date for the engineer to go into site then making sure the visit runs smoothly and the engineer sends in a completed service report.

Where is your favourite place to visit?
Anywhere sunny, I go on holiday to Greece most years. Last summer I spent three months going around America. Yosemite, San Diego and San Francisco were my top three places there!
