Thermoton AP is an alkaline powder cleaner for universal use,
especially for the automated reprocessing of instruments. Thorough and
residue-free cleaning of all items, also at conditions of high organic soiling.
Thermoton AP can be used with full efficiency even at different water hardness
levels.
Special anti-foaming and anti-corrosion components prevent an interfering foam
formation and ensure a protection of the machine parts. Thermoton AP is suited
for the cleaning and disinfection of thermo-stable instruments and materials at
93 oC in a single-step procedure and for the gentle cleaning of thermo-labile
materials at 50-60 oC, e.g. anaesthesia tubing, rubber, plastics, elastomers.
A pH-value of high than 10 in the working solution and a new cleaning system,
assists the cleaning of proteins acc. to the RKI-guidelines for prion
prophylaxis.
