Skärhamn AB manufactures three sizes of sterilizers, these
cover the needs of one man dental clinics up to medium size
medical clinics. The sterilizers are also installed at larger
medical units. In some circumstances several sterilizers are being
in preference to one large unit to give flow of goods.
Sterilizers belong to the class IIa group of medical
devices. For this reason they are manufactured in ace with
EU Directives 93/42/EEC for medical devices.
Getinge Skärhamns sterilizers have the following

The
autoclave have fast sterilizing cycles resulting in high goods capacity.
One "normal cycle" does not take more than approx. 25 minutes. Short cycles
times are additionally lenient to the instruments.

Operate
The
sterilizers are simple to operate. Select a program, shut the door and
press the start button. An extensive selection of accessories enables
simple handling and good working environment.
Economical
The
high capacity of the sterilizers is due to the unique patented steam
generator. Maintenance and service is reduced to a minimum because of the
few components of the sterilizer. Additionally they have a water recovery
system the steam used during the vacuum phases, resulting in a very low
distilled water consumption.
Flexible
All
sterilizers are micro processor controlled and can in case of
modifications of standards or for other reasons simply be reprogrammed.
