The Cell Harvesters come in three
versions to suit most applications. The Micro (shown) is
the basic manual control model whose single harvester is
specially designed for use with either distilled water or
buffered saline.
The Midi is an automatic version of the Micro, which has
manual over-ride. The Midi is well suited to
investigations where exact reproduceability of conditions
is required. The Midi also incorporates a ‘hot wash’
function for safe disposal of radioactive waste.
The Maxi is the top of the range version. This harvester
is fully automatic with manual over-ride and provides four
wash fluid channels for multiple washing procedures with
automatic change over from one wash liquid to the next.
The Maxi incorporates corrosion resistant components for
use with Trichlor-Acid. A ‘hot wash’ version Maxi is
an available option. The Cell Harvesters have a
performance of 105 lymphocytes per well maximum
recommendation. This figure is only a guide and can be
exceeded with caution. |
